Not familiar with this KM maker mark

Picked this larger KM flag up the other day and it's in really nice condition with only one small hole. I have not or maybe I have and don't remember seeing this makers stamp. Can someone tell me again who manufactured this flag?

IMO, indeed a nice looking RKF - my bravo !!!
Listed in "wmtf" as sometimes seen in rarity and
as maker #19., having the letters WFT in a triangle
logo. Exact letter to word meaning is unknown.

The "wmtf" maker #19 (WFT) is ranked in rarity
in the 2nd tier (B), out of five levels defined as
A= Often seen, B= Sometimes seen, C= Seldom
seen, D= Ultra-rare, E= The rarest. This rarity IMO
is based on the quantity of each flag as seen at
shows, and as offered elsewhere online on sites.
