    Hello Ra:
    IMO, at best a folk art version of the HJ banner.
    To be period size should be whole metric units,
    which includes swastika arms and circle diam.
    Likewise, material should test as non-synthetic.
    See previous on WAF about early HJ ab/tb's, etc.
