Sturm flag SA Question

Hi Guys, can any one help me with this question? The SA Sturm flags i know most had ring fitting attachments for there poles but have come across some that have clips (6)
Does any one know why as i have just bought one its an NSDAP Kreis "DULKEN" flag any idea's ..... Cheers...

The "DULKEN 2" corner patch flag appears to be NSBO, likewise the use of carbine hooks rather than rings required the use of likely non-RZM approved or non-standard special pole hook loop mounts. <br><center>OldFlagsWanted.com</center><center><img src=http://members.tripod.com/~oldflagswanted/nzflgwav.gif></center>

I agree that this is a NSBO fahne, not a NSDAP Kreis fahne.
