Labor Pole top

I remember that I saw in the past the same one, but higher than this one (height is 22.5 cm).
Is there different size for these pole tops?.

I have seen these with a longer shoulder for the pole.

I seem to recall my pole top being larger than the one shown..there could very well be other non-standardized sizes for these.

This is a Reichsnährstand pole top. It looks fine to me. There are a couple of sizes and variations of these. The organization was established in 1933.

I've seen this hammered swastika pattern with a Heidelberg maker's mark on the same type base. The base is the style found on 1st pattern NSDAP and other pole tops so it seems this is an earlier pattern. The other style, sometimes found marked "ges.gesch. Priessmann Bauer & Co. München" along the outer edge of the swastika, is larger with a smooth plated swastika and a much longer tube base.

Ditto. The moon scape swastika is especially nice.
Collecting such variations can be a challenge too.
