IMO, based on small non-official issue size,
black color not fast, the spurious micro LOH KM
marking, a missing header corner which leads
one to think something was overtly removed.

Thanks for your opinion, It is really not something standard, but it doesn t look new and material is not so bad, maybe older copy ?
