Party Flag help. Real deal?

I'm new to the forum and looking to pick this flag up local.
I did some research on how to tell if it's authentic or not but wanted to get some expert opinions.
The size is 20"x 14"

Looks ok.

Is the rondel silk screened or sewn on??

The round white part is sewn on around the edge of the white.
The black is screened on. It's two sided. The red seems like thin material while the white is thicker.
Also any idea on value?

Sounds pretty standard construction.

As for price, look at dealers sites (Ruptured duck is a good start point) and find a similar example.Then knock 30-40% off.
