NAPOLI Flag

Greetings, I wanted to share my recent find with the friends here on the forum. When I first got it I was able to overlook the damage and find a really neat NAPOLI marking on the bottom of the flag.

I am hoping someone can help me read the NAPOLI stamp.

I tried several times to get a decent picture of the stamp all to no avail. I finally was able to Identify a star in the center and MUNCHEN ECOLE on the other side of NAPOLI. Under Napoli I can see ITO?

IMO, based on construction & stamping, as cited
in "wmtf" t=427262 as Ot13 = Italian made with Napoli
stamp, & in t=601892, 571718, 505980, 394048, 281426.

(below) WAF thread t=394048 with Municipio Di Napoli stamp.

(below-2) another Municipio Di Napoli Economato stamp from WAF thread t=281426.
