LOL. I have seen this type of stuff many many times at shows. Sometimes I offer to buy their "table cloths". Be it German or Soviet or anything else interesting. Every time I get a high offer from the dealer. I always reply that is one expensive table cloth and I will sell them some of mine from home. Some dealers don't like to hear this. But, I have fun asking and responding.

          Hello adlerfan53:
Great table cover story, one I've experienced many
times too - hard to get dealers to move their junk.
I've also got some nice flags early the next day as
overnight table cover flags were being removed. When
I did shows I had a "table in the sky" for flag displays.

Thanks, oddly enough the Red Army 180th Rifle Division flag

has a Russian liberation of Kiev honorific in the unit title. Likely
why the flag ended up in the West after the end of the Cold
War, as it was among the stuff no longer wanted in the Ukraine.

                  ...the otherside ...

Still wondering about the otherside of SOS flag in post #1.
Recent old flag IMO is c.1967 based on the 50 in unit title.

I would very much like to own that Japanese Naval flag.
Whats with the angry/yelling idiot in the left hand corner? dummy or real? weird.

I was laughing about it the other day.

The " angry" head in the photo is a very real looking Japanese mannequin. I've seen them for sale at several shows, including that one at the 2014 SOS, and they are available in full body to bust form, probably the most realistic I have come across.
                            Best,
                            Garry
