Hello Tony:
Design you are asking about is a SS Command flag, for
a Central Department head, and/or named SS District.
Vehicle fender version is cited on p-84 of Walker book
"FaBotTR" (ISBN 0-85524-152-7) as 40x70cm, and the
on pole position type is slightly larger. Known fakes are
listed on the WAF as Fk14 in pinned "wmtf" t=427262.
