IMO, two different examples - eagle claws & letters.

(below) 2010 WAF thread t=468435, and current thread.

(below) Current WAF thread t=579039, with eagle claw shifted to left, and open "e" letter font.

I have been told these pennants were post war made.I also understand there are period pics in the book Littlejohn's "Defending the Reich".Does anyone have a copy of the book I would appreciate seeing a scan of the pic.

Looking closer at my pennant and the other you mention two different letter E's if you look a little closer you will in fact see the pennant with the supposedly closed letter E is actualy a crease in the pennant so the letter E could be just as on my pennant.
Today my littleJohn book arrived there are some very nice period pics showing my pennant in use will scan them and post then over the weekend.
