Reederei (DZR) airship company flag (1935-1937).

Great flag, very nice for displaying.
In my book "'Deutsche Lufthansa, 1926-1945 (Geschichte, Bekleidung, Abzeichen) I show such flag on page 161, flying at the building yard "Friedrichshafen" with a Zeppelin flying beneath it in the air.

The eagle on that repro version is pitiful! (Not to mention the airship.)

Yes, that's correct. Friedrichshafen is at the Bodensee near the Swiss border.
