    Opinion on vehicle ID flag

A recently came across this one, and I not 100% sure of originality. I would like to get a few opinions.

Notice that the swastika is slightly rotated.

Notice the large grommets - larger than what I would expect.

    Here are a few photos...

    Any thoughts?
