FHH flag observations ...

I think the apparent color aberrations are due to the sunlight
and shadow effect on the translucent flag cloth. It does look
as though there might be a border of some sort.

Ditto on the sunlight effect, edge IMO is folded
over extra wide rather than more usual ~1cm width.
Likewise, fringe spacing appears to be wide Orts flag
type - sun backlighting provides a nice view of same.
Wondering if FT trooping harness is same as carmine collars?

Yes, the carrying harness should be silver bullion with a carmine center.
