    Unknown Nazi Golden Swastika Banner

    I could use some opinions on this flag, its from a friend of my, he bought it of from a men who found it decades ago while doing some digging with the excavator(that explains the damage on the flag it self).

    Anyone seen anything like it(at first I thought it was a party banner, but I couldn't find a similar one anywhere ?

    absolutely beautiful ...looks like it came out of a time capsule....(too bad , the jackhammer ,or whatever it was ..scarred it)...

        Cross pole ends look like drawer knobs, tassels IMO
        are not typical WW2 German. Close up of fringe and the
        banner size might tell more? Is back side blank, if then
        might have been for wall decor, if materials are period.
