Real or fake Kr battle flag

Can anyone say if this flag is genuine or not. I'm no pro in this area but it just doesnt look right.

Ditto that, although size was not listed, it does appear to
be modern made based on edge sewing, bright rope, and
the off center screen printing, and lack of markings too.

(below) Listed as "Kriegsmarine Battleflag. ...a very nice
example ...which would have been found upon U-Boats
and E-Boats. There are no stamps or unit markings."

Its a bad one for sure, take a look here on E-stand and you will find some nice original
