Kregs flag opinions on marks

Opinions welcome , this recently came out of a vet estate in storage with a few other items , a couple of small holes and staining , all in all a nice but not mint kregs flag .

Hi at least from that angle. First pattern had the swaztica in the middle on the second they moved it to the left a little. OFW is better than me on these see what he says.Best regards.

Indeed IMO too, a 2nd pattern RKF. 1st pattern
has two unbroken center rings around the swastika.
