Information on Large RK Flag 250x150

"Mielke" appears on the white background

Can anyone provide additional information on a RK flag I acquired today. There is a small additional label with a tab in the same red material as the flag. The word " Mielke" is also handwritten on the white background of the flag itself. A laundry label and perhaps the name of the ship...or somthing else?
