Appears WW2 period made, by construction
and material look. But usually German Navy flags
and pennants were screen printed for better wind
survivability, rather than having sewn swastikas.

Hi,
thank you for your opinion on this one. Somebody told me it might be a Party Pennant for special events. I didn`t find that size somewhere else.
So if I find out what purpose it was, I can better find a value on that one.
