What is this? Standarte? Hood ornament? Original?

It's a first type NSDAP flag pole top. It appears to be real but it's missing the nozzle or tube section that would fit over the end of the wooden flag pole.

Complete these range from $400-750 depending on condition and seller.

In this condition it would be below the low end for a complete one. The good news is that the disk part is there under the wreath. Usually when the nozzle is gone, that part is too. The nut below the disk is not original to the piece and was probably put there to retain the disk in its position.

and lucky to be found with the saucer disk still intact.
