Deutsche Zeppelin Reederei Flag

Here's an uncommon flag from the Deutsche Zeppelin Reederei (DZR). The airship company existed only from 1935-1937.

This is a smaller size, 35 x 60" flag probably intended for a ticket or other office. It bears a tag from the firm of Fahnen Hoffmann in Berlin.

It is beautiful. I had never seen one until now.

Over the years I've only seen one other DZR flag. It was a huge building flag. It was expensive but now I wish I had bought it.
