number on banner

Hello,
I just picked up a large party banner for a friend. Looks to be around 18 to 20 foot. I didn't measure the thing. My question is about a number stamp on the banner. The number is 65. One of the stamps is on a period repair. I should have taken pictures but I just got the dang thing folded properly. What could the number stamp mean? Any ideas are appreciated.

Could indicate 6.5 meters which would be around 21 feet so it could be a size stamp since it seems to correspond with your estimate of the length.
