The upper photograph was shown in vol. 4 from the series "Headgear of Hitler's Germany", page 210. The shown men are from a Motorstaffel from Greater Berlin, lined up at Döberitz in 1932. They are not NSKK, but from the SA. In that period the NSKK largely existed from trucks.
By an order from Hitler from August 23, 1934 the motor-SA was taken from the SA and incorporated within the NSKK. Here practically the same pennants were in use.

The flag in the foreground of the one image reads "Motorstaffel Gr. Berlin" and "St. 1" along with the eagle and wheel insignia.
The Motor-SA, NSKK, NSAK history is an interesting one as well. It may be obscure for many collectors of militaria but it's impact on the big picture is significant.
