Based on the photos, the banner seems to be okay. The trumpet is the style typical of the period. There are maker and RZM marked versions around and I've seen examples with an HJ diamond and/or eagle.

IMO both are fakes / postwar:

                    - the silver threads on the edges hang down at originals, and do not stand like wierd hair, as seen here

                    - that kind of trumpet is still in production today, for bands

Here's a trumpet banner of mine with very similar metalic fringe. I've owned this banner since the late 70's, early 80's.

                          Hello GS:
Ditto , IMO based on synthetic like bright white fringe core, modern
material like black ribbon ties, thin DJ lightning bolt, etc (in posts 1-8).
Some years back I picked up a couple like Soviet era trumpets for $10
each, a price that was just too good to pass on at the time.
                          Even
though I don't collect trumpets & tb's, preferring trooped unit flags.

Just to compare. It's often difficult to judge without a hands on inspection.

I agree that the Fanfare trumpet is modern. While at first glance they all look nearly identical, the reinforcements between the coils are much more cheaply done now than they were in the pre-45 period. Mouthpiece is also different than those seen pre45.
