Why has the flag got a Marine stamp, does this mean that the fault was not recognised at the time?
Is this flag more collectable as it could be unique or, as I am thinking, you are better off going for one of the 2 recognised TR designs?

IMO the no center circle RKF is KM eagle marked as it has
the required sea service high wind extra edge stitching,
corner supports, etc. Missing screen printed center ring
makes the flag unique to RKF variation collectors, if any,
and as such hard to say if design error means greater value.
