Reichsbahn Trumpet banner...?

Hey Guys, is this a Reichsbahn Trumpet Banner?
Has anyone ever seen one like this before?
Looks like chain stitched, with fringe.
Measures about 18 1/2" x 20".

Hello, not seen before but the top emblem seems the Reichsbahn one, but this symbol was used after war too.

But IMO not with the below swastika sword hilt motif,
that would be exclusive to WW2 period use. I do like
the chain stitching, but the fringe caused me to pause.

It is the double band fringe edge that gives me pause.
A photo study of WW2 and later fringe would interesting.

Hi, I don't think my friend did a black light test, i will ask him, if he has one.
But we all know that the black light is just a tool to help, and not a definate red flag
