Unknown Pennant

Hello,

I just came into a small vehicle pennant and was hoping someone could tell me what organization it belongs to.

It's about 12 inches long and is tan or really dirty.

It has thin black and red stripes running it's length and breadth. There is an oval with an eagle (wings down) with a swaz at it's feet and the initials D.D.A.C. across the eagles chest.

Yes, they're great. they're called "Die gelben Engel" the yellow Angels.
