These were in an estate purchase of original insignia and field gear. The flag is a three-piece construction, made from a smooth cotton blend. The Danish flag emblem is silk-screened in the center. Three ties are present, and small holes indicate it was probably fixed to something at the ends opposite the flag pole. It measures roughly 2 x 3 feet, and is a double-sided design.
What's neat is that it came with a multi-flag, alternating artificial silk bolt with the same exact flag. It appears they were intended to be cut and folded, so the swstika flag is on one side and the Danmark emblem on the other.
Does anyone know what this flag would have been used for? Are the small ones for rallys or the like? Any information would be appreciated!
