opinions on DR table pennant please

greetings guys,i realize there is probably not a match for this out there,but all opinions would be appreciated regarding materials and construction technique.some of you might have wanted to see better pics anyway and the juxtaposition of the symbols is interesting.to my eyes it looks as i would expect it to look,but i shall bow to the vast waf pool of knowledge.thanks,jon

Well with such beautiful chain stitching I'd be leaning towards a very minty NSKK pennant.
