Would like to get your opinion on this one as well. Not sure if these are real or not. They are being presented to me as naval pennants from a small boat.

This is quite odd. Maybe authentic, but as others said, no third reich official in his right mind would display this. To poor of workmanship. Hitler demanded only the finest!

I agree that the craftsmanship is way below what was officially required of such a piece. It is plausible homwever that this may have been an unofficial onboard made flag. It is well know that sailors/uboot men made unofficial pieces whilst at sea, I have seen this apply to decorations and may also be the case here... although being 100% sure you may never know.
