<CENTER>Hello Harold: Interesting RSF example, looks to be original construction and material wise, but the markings appear kind of odd - narrow eagle-M and letter/number font, likely OK but just different. Usually approved for sea service KM marked flags have corner supports and extra edge row stitching added. Possible on the water RSF uses include customs and harbor police boats, but most RSF were flown on land from German government buildings such as post offices and the like, which would not need a more heavy duty wind KM certified version.
