Hello I would say probably for use in a home. I woul value this at about $50.00 to $100.00. Just an opinion. Hope this helps.

These type of flags are common but are a cool bring back when you have the name and story behind who brought it home. Also they are good for a backdrop for your collection. Enjoy it

Common Party Flag and seems also very nice from the patina!In some dealers site you can find it also at 150/250 but a price a little bit under 100 would be perfect.
