Potential Rommel Artifact

I have in my possession a flag that I received as part of a collection. I am looking to find out some details.

I was told by other collectors it was an Afrika Korps Battle flag, which has been proven authentic, and it appears to be used in North Africa.

Does anyone have any comments about the Division Markings/ other patches or have any other information about it?

It is framed in a 42"x58" Frame (to give you an idea of the size of it)

Steve sent me a picture of the flag to post. There are more images as well. I will post this to start. There is a cuff title at the bottom for scale.The little tag in the top right is a dry cleaners tag.
