By the lack of detail, especially on the reverse, I would think this is a modern copy. The originals I have examined are more finely detailed and mounted on marble or alabaster base.

I would agree to Bob; it looks like a modern copy.
It is the "Nürnberger eagle design from the Luitpoldarena".
