    Thanks evryone for the comments and contributions. Here is another one (right) ....not Imperial German, but Swiss (Geneva canton). Thanks Ben for the help.

      how the eagle is machine done, the only thing better would be if it were
      hand embroidered, but then it wouldn't be the normal ship or building
      flag staff flown type, but rather more like a soldier trooping pole kind.
      Soldier carried banners, which were usually one-of-a-kind, having fringe
      and a special design pole top finial (any nation or period), are in my opinion the ultimate in militaria to collect. </center>
