Flags Fresh in from the Vet *HELP*

Just got seven flags (among a pile of other stuff) - these are the best that haven't been cut. What are they?

The first flag with the tassles looks to be a NSDAP Ortsgruppe level (blue piped box in the upper corner with the town designation) Political banner, not sure on the second.

A very large building banner. The vet folded it up and stuck a bayonet through it, and thus there are evident holes...
