Battle Flag Markings

Hello all I would like to get your opinions on the markings on this Battle Flag.
I have never seen them like this before?

Sir: Not sure what the LOH stands for.....Apparently after that is the Kriegsflagge (KR-FL) designation and the 80/135 is the size in meters (.8 M X 1.35 M).....Hope this helps.....Bodes
