how much is that Kriegsmarine flag in the window?

I strolled into a antique shop today totally just looking for porcelein for my Wife's birth day and ran into this...pictures are woeful as I didn't have my proper digi cam but can you guys tell me what you think it should be worth. The antique dealer asked me to make him an offer.

The flag is 30 inches x 60 inches across and the transparent bits you see are the parts where the sun had faded the red to almost white.

Please get a second opinion or more on this flag, but I am not sure its authentic. I have not seen 1 with grommets. Mine has rope all through the white end, standard end and several rows of stitching, It has reinforcement patches in corners for the stress. The flag end also has 7 rows of stitching. I am not expert on these, but I would check on this further before buying. Mine is also maker marked. There is a thread on the forum about grommets showing WWII versus US grommets. You might want to do search.

I agree it's repro. I have similar smaller flag with same construction
