It's a second pattern NSDAP flag eagle finial....These were generally RZM'd with a 3 with a slash, followed by a manufacturer's code on the base....The interior of the sleeve that fits onto the pole should exhibit machining marks and the swastika should be painted black on the front side...Better photos including the back would help, but not a good sign if it's not marked...I also don't like the lack of detail on the breast feathers...Bodes

No legit makers mark = no good ...many fakes out there ...ec

I agree with the above opinions...no good. It's a good thing you asked before buying...usually the opposite happens.
