I might be completely wrong here but I think a flag like this was shown on this forum before and had something to do with a shipping company perhaps. I like the looks of it in any case.

Could be Scindia Steam Navigation Company. That flag has a blue field but perhaps this version is related in some way.

What about Finnish?...In Finland, the hakaristi (swastika) was used as the official national marking of the Finnish Defence Forces between 1918 and 1945 and also of the Finnish Air Force, anti-aircraft troops as a part of the air force and tank troops at that time. The swastika was also used by the Lotta Svärd organisation,.....Bodes

Here is the house flag of Scindia Steam Navigation Co Ltd, Bombay, India. A rectangular blue flag with a white disc in the centre bearing a red swastika which is an ancient Hindu emblem of luck. The flag is made of a wool and synthetic fibre bunting. It has a cotton hoist and is machine sewn. A rope and toggle is attached.
