    With the stahlhelm on it, I'd guess it's some sort of WW1 veteran's organization (Der Stahlhelm?) flag....Without a header with size and manufacturing information on it, I'd say it would not be a standard government issued war flag....Bodes

                When original, it is in my opinion a flag used at the fender of a car.
                This tells me the size.
