56" x 35" german service flag

Hi. May I have your opinion on this flag ? Is dimension correct for a service flag ? ( about 140cm x 100cm ). There is no sawing in both corners or any patches. So is it original ? Also that eagle in triangle ( stamp ) is the only marking. What would that mean ? Thank you in advance

These generally had the Reichsdienstflagge (RDF) designation on the header along with it's size....Bodes
