    Railway Eagle B

Besides the hideous paint and the ugly unthreaded studs not a bad attempt, the surface looks smooth and the details are pretty crisp, scary how close they are getting to the real thing, I'm assuming it's from an original mold, it looks identical to a real B type eagle in certain features, aside from the studs and paint. Any thoughts?

I personally don't like it. The details are crisp because it has a heavy coat of paint on it.

Yes maybe the paint is covering the rough surface? I have an original B maker eagle and I won't go into details of what makes it original, no need to give fakers more info. This one isn't priced as real so no one is trying to rip anyone off. Either that or the seller just doesn't know any better.

It was 400 bucks and sold fast, the studs were the giveaway as this maker had a special type of mounting, easier to just leave studs unfinished or solder the cones on rather then try duplicate that style. It's still scary how crisp the detail looks, Even the fakes are going up in price!!! Lol.

I'm with you on that...I'm done with the details. Some of these people out there are ridiculous. Now all fake eagles I see are coming with finished studs. They'll glue on studs now attempting to make the fakes look legit...I'm being a little sarcastic...but there's another example on here where they didn't provide good pictures but it look like they stick welded/arc welded studs on.

I guess there will be some growing pains until all the wrinkles are ironed out. I'm finally getting email updates regarding website status's, that's a good thing. I was a bit fired up waking up one day to nothing, then the next day a new not so functional website....now that they communicated the circumstances around what happened, I'm more understanding. Hopefully the powers that be have a mirror image of this site in case another hardware catastrophe occurs.
