"Wiking" trumpet banner in upcoming auction

This "Wiking" trumpet & banner will be in the upcoming Grenadier Military Auctions ...

I thought I would post it here, not something I am chasing, but perhaps it may generate some interest on the forum.

I have been advised that this one could be "controversial" :-)

The instrument itself may have a chance, though such instruments are still being made. It seems odd that there would be such markings on the mouthpiece of all things. That mouthpiece profile has been standard on trumpets since at least the 50s though not usually for earlier German fanfare trumpets.

This item was consigned by a person well known and respected in the hobby. He stated that the banner was most likely made in a territory, and not within the German Reich itself. The horn is correct and original. The banner has caused me some doubt and this thread has confirmed my worries. That said I have decided to remove the item from the sale and appreciate the opinions offered here.
