Railroad eagle versus Luft eagle..

I see loads of railroad eagles lately..

But,I think there're kinda similar eagles of the Luftwaffe used on boats/ships..
Why is it we don't see any of them ?

It was alot easier to take an eagle from a unguarded blown up train than to try and swim out to the battle ship and unscrew the navy one.

If I'm not mistaken, Most ships eagles were removed during wartime. At least on Destroyers, anyways.


Plus, Those eagles on ships may be VERY large- Like 6-8 feet across!
