IMO, it appears modern made to me, having on
the black background synthetic material cuffs. On
original period SS banners size should measure out
in whole metric units, including on the SS bolts too -
height, width, spacing, placement on background.
Also needs to have means of display suspension -
top edge folded & sewn sleeve, header with hooks.
