Authetication Help -PLEASE

Hello, friends. I picked up this flag thinking it was great but am now concerned it's a fake. I have read that authentic flags had a white header and this might be a 70's era fake. Any thoughts/ideas/help? Thank you!

Original flag IMO. I have one similar from another maker directly from a vet's hands.

recall from the early 1970's a number of these loose #25
tags being placed on bogus swastika flags by a Col. Stewart.
Flags had the same bright white swastika circle & no header. "
