Got this banner in a veterans estate lot years ago - finally getting around to checking it out. Measures about 4 x 2 foot, single sided. Curious about what it was for, never seen one with the braided white/black border.

Hello my86renegade:
, IMO looks like an interesting Podium Banner,
being that it is one sided, and with special b&w
twist border braid. My guess is that the braid is a
display decor feature, and not something denoting
some specific organizational use.
