was made between 1939 and 1945. Eagle M stamp was
first used in 1939, and thus the flag says "AltenArt" as
the official RKF pattern by then was the 2nd pattern
swastika version - see RKF flag chart previously posted.

Yes, both are the 2nd swastika pattern RKF,
with flag shown in post #5A being from 1938 as it
has the Weimar eagle over M header marking. The
stick figure nazi eagle M marking came into use in
1939. It is unusual to find a 2p-RKF with Weimar-M.

(above-left) "Early" Weimar eagle M marking, used 1933-1938.
(above-left/center) "Normal" stick figure Nazi eagle M, 1939-1945.
(above-lower right) "rare real version" 2 circle is seen on 1945 RKF's.
