About 80cm long. Cement construction.

1938 marked but Radollzell school was build in 1941 (net information)

the paper tag does not say Radolfzell, but Rudollzell, isn't?
Would an administration (Verwaltung) make such a mistake?

IMO the top of several lines seems missing.

for exemple, it isn't 77 unteroffizier schule but SS unteroffizier.

Same for the bottom lines Radolfzell, not Rudollzell

I believe I saw this same eagle at an SOS show three years ago.....German dealer, Gerhart Winbiel..??? It was sold the first day.
