IMO, looks like a nice WW2 authentic SS
Lager flag, based on construction details, etc.

... I' recall a seeing a like large authentic SS Lager flag sell
for around $6000 USD. And a smaller printed size at ~$12K.

Another debated SS Lager flag
These are always debated.
The flag in the original period photo that Old flags wanted posted looks thin and more see thru to me. You can see the building lines thru the flag, not what I would expect from double sided.
And the reinforcement stitching looks off, and sloppy to me compared to those of KF’s also.
Again, nothing like a good debate about SS flags

Interesting comments. Ed's SS Lager Flags appears
to me like it is printed on a single material thickness.
Maybe Ed might hold it up to the back light to show
that? This SS Lager Flag looks rare & real to me.

Hi,
I never saw this construction on an SS flag, and the size is nothing like the large confirmed original silk-printed model...
About the construction, i never saw any SS flag with the long horizontal white stitch, and the white stitches on the corner are not like of the original silk-printed flags.
The thread used for the stitches on the original silk-printed flags are black, not white.
The size (8 x 15 feet, 250 x 450 cm) is also bigger than the original silk-printed flags which are more like 6 x 10 feet.
This is strange because the SS runes design is the one for late war SS flags, and this larger flag is said to be double-sided despite having those late war runes.
The flag posted by Ben is a large silk-printed model (we can see through), which is smaller than the flag presented here.
See You
Vince
